Early voting runs from April 30-May8 at Collin College.  The address is 9700 Wade Blvd.  It is the only polling place East of the tollway.  The dates are April 30 – May 5 from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM and May 7 – May 8  7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

Election day is May 12.  Then Custer Creek residents wishing to vote must go to Wester Middle School at 12293 Shepherds Hills Lane.

Those who are interested in purchasing property in the Custer Creek HOA should contact their realtor or an existing property owner.  The HOA board is not aware of property for sale.  You will find the HOA governing documents at the link provided.  Questions to admin@custercreek.org may go unanswered for some time.

External advertisers are not permitted in the Custer Creek HOA directory and will not be provided a directory.

If you would like to contact the HOA board you may do so at admin@custercreek.org.  Your email will be forwarded on to the board members.

Welcome Custer creek residents.

You may find the CC&Rs at the link.  The original, amendments and bylaws are provided.  The HOA dues is now $100 per year and is used to maintain the entrances and common areas, fund social events, provide resident directories and govern the HOA.

Frisco is under a Stage 3 water alert.  Residents with aerobic septic systems should contact the city to acquire signs that state that they are reusing water for irrigation.  This will help prevent tickets for unauthorized watering.

If you have not registered your email address with the HOA board, please contact admin@custercreek.org and provide your name, email, phone number and street address.  You will be added to the HOA directory when all of this information is provided.  The directory is for resident use only.
